Leaders and Troop Management
Troop positions are only valid for one year. Even if you were a leader last year, you need to self-report your position(s) for the current membership year.
1) Click on the “Your name’s Account” link located at the top right of the screen.
2) Scroll down to the “How I Participate” box and click on the “Add Volunteer Roles” link at the bottom of the box. When filling this out, select the role, the membership year, and either troop or service unit. In the search box that opens, enter your troop or service unit number and click search. You must select the troop or service unit from the results box and click ADD. Repeat these steps for all of your positions. LASTLY, click “Update Involvement”. The positions will show as pending until your Membership Specialist approves them.

If you are a 01-Leader for a troop or troops, you will have a My Troops tab that will give you access to troop management. You can renew current membership, register for programs, email your troop members, print membership cards and troop rosters, and track troop orders.
Troop(s) not showing on your account?
Make sure you have the position of 01-Leader for each of the troop(s) and then contact the help desk for assistance.
Once your 01 position is made active, please make sure your troop meeting information is updated by clicking on the Troop Meeting Information link under the My Troops tab. Without this information, your troop will not appear on your service area’s troop roster.
After September 29, 2014, only parents and guardians will be able to register their daughters online. This function is only available for members with an active membership and 2014 memberships expire on September 30, 2014. The Ebiz system will be down on September 30, 2014 due to End of Year maintenance.
