Armpit Fudge Recipe

Here is the recipe courtesy of our own Krystal Prince:

Ingredients: single serve version
2 oz. powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
1 T. butter or margarine
2 t. cream cheese
Dash of vanilla
2 t. cocoa

Place all ingredients in a sandwich size plastic zippered bag. Squeeze out all the air. Squish and smoosh (under the arm) the bag until all the ingredients are well mixed with a creamy consistency. Take out a spoon and enjoy.

The teaching lesson in this is friction energy. The movement heats up to soften the cream cheese and margarine.
