Participants will learn the importance of all components of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE): the keys, the processes, the short/intermediate outcomes, the final outcome. Participants will also learn how to partner with their girls to help them discover, connect, and take action. Also covered in this session: how to use the adult "how to" guides, along with the accompanying girl book for a grade level journey; how to align activities with the GSLE, tips for managing a troop, and the value and application of purposeful leadership.

Course Type: Basic Leader Training

Required for: Any leader or co-leader who will be partnering with girls.

Prerequisite: GSUSA Online Orientation and Council Essentials.
