In this course you'll begin the work of bringing together leaders so you can be purposeful in your service to girls. Time is spent sharing and discussing tips and techniques that characterize successful area management teams. You will also familiarize yourself with important documents and processes that are pivotal to the Area Manager and Troop Organizer roles, including recruitment, delegation, and management techniques.
