Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed and Something Girl Scout Blue

When Heather Moehle married Matthew Esper in August, she brought a very special "something
blue" to her wedding - her Girl Scout vest! Not only Heather, but seven other friends from Girl Scout Senior Troop 1240, Northville, modeled their Girl Scout gear at the reception at the Henry Ford Estate, Dearborn.
"All of the girls in Troop 1240 have stayed in touch throughout college and are now pursuing graduate school and careers in teaching, engineering, marketing and medicine," said Tracy Probst, co-leader of Troop 1240. "We are happy to share the joy it brings to their families and leaders to see that these girls have continued to be lifelong friends beyond their 12 years in Girl Scouting," said Probst, who co-led the troop with Sue Taylor and Sue Neihoff.
