  • Address

    Q. What is the address of Hill Auditorium?
    A. 825 N. University; Ann Arbor, MI; 48109-1276

  • Bussing

    Q. Will the regional buses pick us up at the concert?
    A. Yes. If you took regional transportation to the event, those buses will be waiting to pick you up after the concert. Please note, if you took regional transportation, but are not attending the concert, the buses will not leave until after the concert.

  • Check-in

    Q. I am only attending the concert, where to do check-in?
    A. Check-in at the concert will happen in the main lobby of Hill Auditorium beginning at 6pm. Please look for the check-in table to obtain your packet and wristbands.

  • Food

    Q. Are there restaurants nearby Hill Auditorium?
    A. Yes. Hill Auditorium is right near State Street and the Diag on the University of Michigan's Central Campus. Some places within walking distance include: Panera, New York Pizza Depot, Jimmy Johns and Red Hawk. For more possibilities, check out the Food link.

  • Parking

    Q. Where do I park for the concert?
    A.The University of Michigan Thayer Street parking structure is on Thayer between N. University and Washington and will be offering a special $5 parking rate. This rate is good for all day.

  • Patches

    Q. Can I purchase patches if I only attend the concert?
    A. Yes.Patches are $2 each. Please note on your registration form how many patches you would like and include that cost with your payment.

  • Registration

    Q. Can I only register for the concert, or do I need to register for the activity bracelet too?
    A. We certainly hope you will register for the daytime activities and the Radio Disney Concert, but you can register for just the concert.

    Q. Do I have to be a registered Girl Scout to attend the concert?
    A.No. The general public are welcome to attend the Radio Disney Concert with Chloe and Halle Bailey, but we hope you have such a good time with us, you will think about joining Girl Scouts. Check out our membership information table in the main lobby.

    Q. How do I register for the concert?
    A. Look under the FORMS icon to find the Bridge to the Next Century registration packet. Fill out the Registration Form and Roster completely and send to our Kalamazoo Office. Registration forms can be faxed to 269-492-1439, emailed to programreg@gshom.org, or mailed to 601 West Maple Street; Kalamazoo, MI; 49008.

    Q. If I am a registered Girl Scout, may I use cookie cash or cashew cash?
    A. Yes, you can.

  • Seating

    Q. Is there assigned seating?
    A. No. Seating is general admission by floor. For example, if you purchased seats on the Mezzanine, where you sit is determined by you and your group. *Please note, there is no seat saving allowed. Your entire group will need to find seating together in order to sit together.

    Q. How can we assure we will have good seats for the concert?
    A. Really, there are no bad seats in Hill Auditorium. Since the hall was opened in 1913, it has hosted many world-class events and musicians. Whether you sit in the balcony, or on the floor, there is a good seat everywhere. Remember, seats are general admission by floor, which means they are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

    Q. How early can we arrive to get our seats?
    A. There will be activities and performers on the plaza outside of Hill starting at 5pm. The doors will not open until 6pm. Please note, there will not be bathrooms or drinking fountains available until the doors open at 6pm. Be sure everyone in your group makes a pit stop before getting in line for the concert.

  • Tickets

    Q. Can I purchase tickets at the door?
    A.Yes. Tickets will be available at the Hill Auditorium Box Office beginning at 6pm. Please note, available tickets will be limited. See "Registration" questions for information about registering in advance.

  • Times

    Q. What time will the concert begin and end?
    A.The Radio Disney concert will begin at 7 p.m. and end between 9:30 and 10 p.m.

  • Volunteers

    Q. Do you need volunteers for the concert?
    A.Yes, we are looking for volunteer ushers for the concert. If you are interested in volunteering for the concert, please email fab5volunteers@gshom.org. for more information.
