Girl Scouts encourages family participation. GSHOM considers parents a vital part of our Girl Scout family. Whether you are new to Girl Scouts or a lifetime member, we appreciate your interest and support. Volunteer opportunities with Girl Scouts help to build a strong, special and lasting bond with your daughter. For some adults, this may mean direct involvement with girls throughout the year as a leader. For others, it may mean lending expertise on a short-term project or event.
