Become a Volunteer!
Thank you for responding to the call for volunteers.
The need has never been greater and the time to get involved has never been better. You have the power to leave a lasting legacy through service to girls. We want your experience to be incredibly rewarding – both to you and the girls whose lives you’ll touch. Finding the opportunity that best suits your skills, availability, and expectations can make all the difference in your experience.
Whether you have a few hours, a month, or several hours each week to devote to volunteering, a perfect match can be made for your time and talents in Girl Scouting. Working professionals, stay-at-home parents, grandmothers, recent graduates, men and women, are all welcomed volunteers at GSHOM. All that’s required is a desire to make a difference in the lives of girls.
Girl Scouts encourages family participation. GSHOM considers parents a vital part of our Girl Scout family. Whether you are new to Girl Scouts or a lifetime member, we appreciate your interest and support.
Volunteer opportunities with Girl Scouts help to build a strong, special and lasting bond with your daughter. For some adults, this may mean direct involvement with girls throughout the year as a leader. For others, it may mean lending expertise on a short-term project or event. Whatever your time or talent, you can help! Are you interested in learning more? Please contact the regional center in your area.
