Did you know the first s’mores recipe was published in a Girl Scout guidebook in 1927? That’s right, making s’mores around a campfire is a time-honored Girl Scout tradition.
Join us on Thursday, August 10, in one of our Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan regions and enjoy a variety of s’mores recipes, play games, do some fun activities, make a craft, and more.
This event is free for girls of all ages and their families, so if you’re already a Girl Scout, invite a few friends to go to this extravaganza together, even if they aren’t a Girl Sout yet!

Tie-dye with us!
If you sign her up to become a Girl Scout at our National S’mores Day event, she’ll receive a free t-shirt to start her journey in style!
We will even have stations for girls to tie-dye at all five of our Regional Centers anytime between 4-7 PM on Thursday, August 10.
