The Gold Award is the Highest Award in Girl Scouting. Only a small percentage of girls earn this prestigious award. Let us help prepare you to earn your Gold! The Gold Award process requires you to be the CEO of your sustainable project that makes an impact on the larger community. Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors will be the focus of this preparation session. The session is designed to be highly interactive and participatory. The session will help prepare girls to work within the Go Gold portal system, build a team, build a budget, and plan and implement a Take Action project. At the end of each session, we will spend as much time as each girl needs to help brainstorm project ideas, answer any process questions, and lend any other support needed.
This program will be delivered virtually using Zoom. A phone, tablet, or laptop computer is required. Participants will receive the Zoom meeting details via email after registration closes.
