Do you know how to use everything in a first aid kit? Could you help out in a medical emergency? Come to the state-of-the-art simulation Center at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine for hands-on learning experiences with medical students and professionals.
Note: Girl Scouts will earn and receive the Brownie First Aid
Badge. Adult chaperones will be required

GSHOMs goal is to offer quality programs to as many girls as possible. At least two adults must accompany every troop/group to an event. In order to serve as many girls as possible, and make sure there is plenty of space to provide the program, troops are asked to keep their adult-to-girl ratio to the ratio specified in Volunteer Essentials for Events/Programs. Troops/groups that register more adults than listed in the ratio listed above may be asked to limit the number of adults to the correct ratio.
