The Robostangs are excited to provide your Girl Scout with an engaging STEM experience! She will enjoy a variety of fun activities, starting with building miniature structures that can be manually moved. Each girl will also create a presentation to showcase the new skills she has learned with her Girl Scout sisters. The program includes rotating through STEM crafts and games, as well as a tour of the Robostangs workshop, where she can see a live demonstration of their robot. This is a fantastic opportunity for your Girl Scout to be introduced to the fields of STEM and robotics.
Note: Daisies will earn the What Robots Do, How Robots Move, and Design a Robot Badges. Brownies will earn the Programming Robots, Designing Robots, and Showcasing Robots. Adult chaperones will be required.

GSHOM's goal is to offer quality programs to as many girls as possible. At least two adults must accompany every troop/group to an event. In order to serve as many girls as possible, and make sure there is plenty of space to provide the program, troops are asked to keep their adult-to-girl ratio to the ratio specified in Volunteer Essentials for Events/Programs. Cancellations require two weeks' notice to be eligible for a refund.
Troops/groups that register more adults than listed in the ratio listed above may be asked to limit the number of adults to the correct ratio.
