One of the best experiences for Girl Scouts is traveling. Following the Girl Scout travel progression plan, girls learn about the world around them and discover the resources needed to make the world a better place. They get to practice their teamwork and leadership skills while planning their trips together. Girl Scouts strengthen their communication skills, independence, and creativity, build confidence, and expand their worldviews.
Large Gatherings:
Single day troop or service unit events that will include non-members or be open to the public (ex., service unit recruitment event.)
Troop Travel:
Please submit the Activity and Travel Application at least four weeks prior to the start date of a trip or activity. Applications submitted any closer to the trip or activity run the risk of not being approved in time.
