Cookie Booth Secret Shoppers
You are leaving girlscouts.org for a website opened by an external party. You will be subjected to the privacy and security policies of the website
Thank you for going out to be a Secret Shopper at Cookie Booths this season!
To be a secret shopper, follow these steps:
- Think of your plans and what booths you might be near to visit a Cookie Booth.
- Put in your Regional Teams chat what booth(s) you plan on visiting.
- Ask your Retail Specialist in your region for fun patches. Please remember to give back any extra patches after your visit.
- Shop the booth location near the beginning of the shift. If you visit towards the end of a rotation, please make sure there are more booths at that location later in the day so we know the hours to promote.
- Do not identify yourself as a GSHOM staff member yet.
Questions to ask the girls at their Cookie Booth:
i. What is their goal?
ii. What are their plans with their money earned?
iii. Who are they donating their Hometown Heroes cookie packages to?
iii. What's their favorite part of being a Girl Scout?
After you have asked your questions:
i. Identify yourself as a GSHOM member.
ii. Give out patches to Girl Scouts.
iii. Ask permission to take a picture of the girls and booth.
