Planning a Caregiver Meeting
The parent meeting is a time to introduce yourself and your co-leader to the parents and family members of the girls in the troop. This is also a time to establish the importance of family involvement in the troop. Girls can attend the parent meeting if you wish, or you can focus on the adult aspect only.
Forms for the meeting can be found on the GSHOM website here: Forms and Documents
o Annual Forms for Leaders to keep on file for each girl.
These forms should be completed at the start of each year:
- Girl/Adult Health History (this includes registered volunteers)
- Girl Release
- Permission to Sell
