Let's get cooking! At the Michigan State University Food Lab, learn about different cooking equipment and make a dish from another country, another region of the United States, and another time period. Get your hands in the dough, learn about food chemistry, and more!
This program will spark interest in the following career paths: chef, baker, food chemist
Outcomes: D2, D3, C5, T2

Included in Girl Registration Cost:
* 2.5 hours of hands-on programming with MSU's Experimental Food Lab
* A culinary dish that you will prepare!
* A lesson on food safety and science
* Cadette New Cuisines Badge (or a fun patch for Seniors and Ambassadors)
Costs:
$40.00 per girl
$5.00 per adult
PLEASE note that this is NOT a drop-off event and proper Girl Scout to Adult safety ratios MUST be met in order to participate in the event. At least two adults are REQUIRED to accompany every troop/group to an event.
