Calling all chefs, gastronomes, and food lovers! This week you'll be taking a deep dive into food science and preparation. Each day we'll be preparing and eating our own special snack!
Note: Please bring a sack lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a bag to hold everything. Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided. At the time of registration, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due.
Check-in: 8:45 AM to 9:00 AM; Check-out: 5:00 PM to 5:15 PM
