Have you and your Girl Scout ever wondered how cookies get shipped
all across the nation? Or how big a truck trailer is from the inside?
Get your answers to these questions and many more at Trucks Are For
Girls with the Women in Trucking Association! Through conversations
with current industry professionals, your Girl Scout will get to learn
about the important work that truck drivers do and how it affects our
daily lives. They'll even get a chance to try their hand at a truck
driving simulator!

paths: Truck Driver, Lawyer, Safety Director

Included in Girl Registration Cost:
* 3 hours of hands-on programming with Women in Trucking
* A chance to practice truck driving skills with a driving
simulator
* An up-close view of a tractor-trailer with a guided
experience from current Truck Drivers

trucking related gift bag and a custom Women in Trucking Association patch
Costs:
$5.00 per girl
$5.00 per adult
PLEASE note that this is NOT a drop-off event and proper Girl
Scout to Adult safety ratios MUST be met in order to participate in
the event. At least two adults are REQUIRED to accompany every
troop/group to an event.

Cancellations require two weeks' notice to be eligible for a
