Whether you've never shot a bow and arrow or you're an expert, come out and learn more about archery at Camp Wacousta! You will develop skills based on proper procedures and form, such as stringing the bow, nocking the arrow, getting the right stance, sighting, and observing safety practices.
This program will spark interest in the following career paths: archer, game facilitator
Outcomes: D1, D3, T5
Costs:
$12.00 per girl (+$5 for non-members of
GSHOM)
$12.00 per adult (+$5 for non-members of GSHOM)
Free for adults not participating
*Registration after April 29 is an extra $3.
Adults who are not participating will need to register as a Family Friend.
Note: Participants should tie back long hair and avoid wearing dangling earrings, bracelets, and necklaces that may become tangled in equipment. Adult chaperones will be required.
PLEASE note that this is NOT a drop-off event and proper Girl
Scout to Adult safety ratios MUST be met in order to participate in
the event. At least two adults are REQUIRED to accompany every
troop/group to an event.

Cancellations require two weeks' notice to be eligible for a refund.
