The Help Desk team is like your Girl Scout concierge service, the experts in everything in Girl Scout world so that you have one central source to ask for information you might need. No matter the question, our Help Desk team is trained to quickly find the answer you need or the staff person who might be the best contact.
The Help Desk staff are experts in:
- Membership questions, including renewals and new registrations
- Transferring from one troop to another
- Assistance with the Volunteer Toolkit
- Registering for programs, events, and camp
- Help with scholarships for membership, camp, and programs
- Basic questions about the Product Program
- Questions or orders for the retail shop
- Updating contact information
