Accumulation begins on the first day of full-time employment. From date of hire and up, staff accrue hours monthly.

- Sick Leave:
All full-time hourly staff start accruing sick leave upon hire. Salaried staff accumulate sick leave from the date of hire, for a total accrual of 12 days (96 hours) per year (8 hours a month). Accrued hours are available only after successful completion of the first three months of employment.
